Rocket Squid

This rocket squid, also known as loligo, is deep-sea caught and flash-frozen right after harvest to retain its natural sweet ocean flavor. The squid features plump and firm body with translucent, fresh-looking meat. It delivers crisp, springy texture and mild sea-fish smell. Versatile for stir-frying, grilling, hotpot blanching, quick-boiling, and can be prepared as sashimi. Rich in high-quality protein, multiple minerals and amino acids, it is a popular seafood ingredient for daily meals.

Keep frozen immediately upon arrival. Thaw slowly in low-temperature environment before cooking and finish processing quickly after thawing. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended, as they may make meat watery and soft and ruin eating texture. Natural differences in individual size and skin speckles are normal for wild-caught seafood and will not affect product quality.
